Talent Alert

A new function on Crackerjacks is available for business users – this is “Talent Alert”.  This new personalised email service allows you to save your candidate searches and receive “Talent Alerts” on a fortnightly basis where new talent, that fits your business’s requirements, is profiled and sent to you direct.

This handy tool allows you to develop your own talent pools of professionals that are of particular interest to your organisation.  To get underway in establishing your own talent alert, follow the simple steps below:

1.  Log-in or Register (if you don’t have an existing business account)
2.  Create an advanced search with your preferred categories selected, i.e. role function, business sector and the Crackerjacks rating you prefer.
3.  At the bottom of the search form select “Save this search”.

After two weeks of submitting this saved search you’ll be emailed an update of the new talent on Crackerjacks that meets your requirements.

This is your personalised tool to utilise – so make sure you don’t miss any professionals who would be an asset to your organisation.  Keeping an eye on differing professions is not a problem either; you can have up to five searches saved at once.

Keep in mind this Talent Alert is not designed to replace an Advanced Search, it’s more of a personalised reminder of the new talent on Crackerjacks.
