The service provided by Crackerjacks was really good; We were given support every step of way.  Our Support Partner – Alex was exceptional, without his help the system may have been challenging to initially navigate.  It was great having personalised support while using the system to find the right contractor.

As a start up company we have to keep our over-heads low, so hiring a contractor for a project was a good option.  Crackerjacks provided a great solution to sourcing contractors, so having this option was the main benefit for our business.  We could have gone down the traditional route and used a recruitment agency to hire a contractor, but I wanted to try something new.  I had been registered on Crackerjacks as a contractor, so I decided to register our business too and give it a go.  I feel it is a good concept and we were able to hire a contractor from an impressive shortlist of candidates.

I would recommend this tool to other start-up companies.  We have been pleased with the process to date.
