Pricing Terms & Conditions
GST: All prices are GST exclusive.
Part-time contractor: A part-time contract equates to 20 hours or less per week on average.
Full months: Once a contractor has worked consecutively over 15 calendar days in one month (or 10 working days) and leaves after this period of time this is considered to be a full month.
Guarantee: If a contract of 2 or more months is started and the contractor leaves earlier than the agreed time (max 12 months), you will be credited the unused portion of the fee.
Permanent roles and fees: If you have listed a permanent role and engaged a candidate through the site a fee equivalent to 12 months of the standard contractor fee will be charged upfront. For a full time role this currently equates to $6,000 + GST and for a part time permanent role $3,000 + GST.
Temp to Permanent fee: If you permanently employ a Crackerjacks contractor who has been with your organization for less than 12 months there will be a fee charged. In this instance the employer will pay out the remaining fixed monthly fees until the contractor has completed 12 months (in total) of work with you. If the Contractor has been working with you for 12 months or more there will be no fee charged for permanently employing the Crackerjacks contractor.
Invoicing and Payment: Each month we will invoice you for the charges for the services we provide you (whether or not you notify us of having received such services). You may be invoiced for charges after the month in which they occur and in such case you remain liable for such charges until they are paid in full. You will pay each invoice by the payment date set out in that invoice (the “due date”). Payment is due fourteen days after the invoice has been sent. You will not withhold payment or make any deductions from any amount you owe us.
