Finding a new contractor who will perform can be a gamble for employers. With so many unknowns to contend with, it’s hard to understand whether a person will actually perform and get a good job done.

- 3. From this check each contractor is assigned a rating – which is comparative to all other contractors. Top performers, who scored well in these, are assigned a 3 star rating – and will naturally appear higher in business searches, which makes finding a top performer easy for employers.
