A turn-key contracting solution
- Crackerjacks provides an end-to-end automated platform for hiring contractors, including talent pooling and contract-builder functions.
- Your white-labelled account means that your clients won’t know that Crackerjacks has assisted with sourcing candidates. Career Profiles of contractors are automatically branded up with your logo and contact details.
Performance ratings - quality assured
- Our review form assesses how candidates have performed relative to what the expectations of the role were. It’s broken into three key areas that are important to contracting and fixed term employment: performance against objectives, integration with business and core competencies. In a candidate’s profile you can see a breakdown of how they’ve performed in each of these categories, plus you can view any qualitative comments that a previous employer has made about them.
- Crackerjacks contractors are assigned a rating after their two mandatory references have been completed upon registration. This information helps you get to know the candidate better and makes short listing candidates easier. We don’t stop at two reference checks - after each engagement, the contractor’s Line Manager provides a performance review.
Candidates are assigned one of the following ratings:
New Crackerjack
This Crackerjack has just signed up to the site so they haven't built up a comprehensive profile yet. They have received one performance review and their second is pending.
1 Star Crackerjack
If a Crackerjack has been awarded a Star, they have met most of the requirements. With experience in their field they’re a good contracting solution.
2 Star Crackerjack
Great at what they do, a Crackerjack with Two Stars is all class. Professional and experienced, they can jump into any business and deliver results. They have a strong track-record with a reputation for success.
3 Star Crackerjack
This Crackerjack is top in their field. They go above and beyond what is required and produce outstanding results. They have exceptional talent, fantastic feedback and are very highly regarded.

Get the team involved
You can add multiple users to one account, which allows you to provide your staff member’s unique log-in’s and effectively integrate the tool throughout your organisation. You can have different types of accounts, with Administrators and Users. Administration can see all listed jobs, while users can only see and manage the jobs that are assigned to them.
