Crackerjacks simplifies contract recruitment for contractors and businesses.
Not everyone has what it takes to be a Crackerjacks contractor – we’re after those who excel in their field. That’s not to say you have to be at the top of the corporate ladder: you could be a senior executive or you may have only been working for a few years, if you’re good at what you do and want to stand out then chances are you’ve got what it takes.
So what do you do? Contractors register their details online – your basic contact info, career history, skills, the rate you want to charge, when you want to work and up to two work related referees. We’ll then take this information, contact your referees and based on their review award you with a performance rating.
As soon as you’ve done this you’re set up. You’ll need to update your calendar to reflect your changing availability, but once you’ve been through the initial steps businesses will be able to request your profile for upcoming contracts, you can review and evaluate contract offers, be interviewed or apply for contracts that have been posted on site.
There are no costs involved for contractors using Crackerjacks. Just an easy to use site with a bunch of tools helping you to manage your pipeline of work and spend your life wisely.
